On the original post I said to fold the ends to attach them. Instead Ashley just overlapped the ends flat and put a paper circle over them to hide the overlapping. Much easier and looks even better!!

Stars and Stripes
I just found out that my watercolor painting, "Stars and Stripes",
WON THE EXCELLENCE AWARD
in the 2014 Annual Juried North East Watercolor Society Exhibition!!
It is on display at the Orange County Community College in Middletown, NY until March 21st.
