Fruit Cards

I saw coasters that looked like the orange on The Purl Bee blog made out of fabric, and I thought they would also make the perfect cards! They are so easy to do and lots of fun. My kids can't wait to play with them.
To make them I used the 3-7/8" circle die cut with the Big Shot for the outside, the 3-1/2" for the middle and the 3" for the center. The watermelon uses Garden Green, Whisper White and Melon Mambo card stock. The seeds are black punched using the circle from the Punch Pack and just trimmed to the right shape. I sponged the center with Melon Mambo ink to make it darker.
The orange uses Tangerine Tango and Whisper White card stock and then I just cut the smallest circle into triangles and rounded the edges.
So simple and perfect for summer!

It's Almost July! Busy times!

I don't know about you guys, but life has been crazy here at our house!

I am getting ready to go to Convention next month and finalizing all the details for the 3-D Tutorial Swap I am hosting. If you want to be a part of it, CLICK HERE for the details!

The current catalog is ending so if you have not placed an order to get all of the stamps and accessories that are going out, you had better do it soon! June 31st is the last day to order!
CLICK HERE for all those details!
HERE is the list with photos!

We also just had a birthday party for my daughter Ashley, who just turns 6 today. We did a Royal Princess Tea Party and it was great! Here are some photos of the event.

Here is the place setting for each Princess, and my Mommo pouring tea! Yes, that's right, mini porcelain tea cups and saucers for the 6 year olds!

I used pink mini scalloped cupcake wrappers to hold all of the food and everything was bite size. We had miniature cupcakes and cheesecakes for dessert. Here is Timmy carrying in Ashley's candles.

Here is Ashley at the table before the party and my little peanut with her friend that is the same age as her! She's so tiny!

Hope you are all having as much fun this summer as I am!
