Build-a-Cupcake Hot Air Balloon!

Doesn't this card just give you happy thoughts? This is not my normal color scheme but I really like how it came out!
I used the Build-a-Cupcake punch to make the clouds and I used the bottom of the cupcake shape, cut down a bit, to make the hot air balloon basket! The hot air balloon top is using the 2-1/2" Circle punch with the sides slimmed down to give it the balloon shape with the Ice Cream Parlor ribbon from Sale-A-Bration going around it.
I used the So Happy For You stamp set from Sale-A-Bration as well as the Small Oval punch and Hodgepodge hardware for the sentiment.

I also just realized that I have never made a post about the Sale-A-Bration special that is going on now!
You don't want to miss this great time to order Stampin' Up merchandise. And don't forget, for every $50 purchase you make with me, you not only get a FREE Sale-A-Bration item but you also get a FREE TUTORIAL from me of your choice!

Cupcake top = cloud! How clever!

Very clever, Lynn...I had to laugh when I saw the subject of your post because the first thing I thought was that you would use the icing from the punch as a cloud! At club last week we did a Build a Cupcake project, one of my stamp club friends picked up the icing said, "what's with the cloud?"

What a GREAT IDEA! Just love how you have "put everything together" to make a card that ANYONE would love to receive!
