Ornament Punch Ornaments

These Christmas Ornaments are the easiest thing to make and so cute!

If you want full step by step directions for the ornaments with photos you can purchase them on my blog at:
http://stampndesignstore.blogspot.com/2009/11/six-pack-for-baby-food-jars-or-bottles.html

What I used:
Christmas Cocoa Specialty Designer Series Paper #116770-Holiday Mini (The white is fuzzy!!)
Delightful Decorations Stamp set #116517-Holiday Mini
Ornament Punch #116794-Holiday Mini
Silver Elastic Cord #109866-Holiday Mini
Whisper white paper
Old Olive stamp pad
Real Red stamp pad and marker
Sponge for edges
Mini glue dots
(DSP ornament easier with the Movers and Shapers Holiday Windows die #116821)
Paper clips

To make:
Just stamp the ornament of your choice, then punch it out, you will need 6. Fold each ornament shape in half and glue sides together so all six are taped together in a circle. The paper clip goes in the middle held in with mini glue dots. To make the red and white one I punched the ornament out of the DSP and then made a larger one in white with the movers and shapers die. Then fold them in half and taped/glued together, and attach all the sides together like the other one. Put the paper clip in the middle with glue dots before you close up the last side. Add some ribbon for decoration to the paper clip and add some string or ribbon to hang! So simple!
If you want to purchase the supplies to make this project just click on the Shop with Me link any time or email me and I can help you find what you want. These are great with any paper!

Medallion Wreath Marquee Reveal!

Closed

Open!

The center circle opens to reveal the picture hidden behind!

I saw Jan Tink's blog about how to make the marquee card and I couldn't wait to sit down and mess around with it! What a great idea!!
Here is my altered version of her idea with the medallion stamp set made into a Christmas Wreath. And of course what would go in the middle but my son's Christmas picture!
I will post my directions and measurements to this as soon as I can. My overall measurement of the red paper is 6 3/4" to give you a starting place if you can't wait!

If you want to see a video tutorial of how to make the basic "marquee" card check out Jan's Blog:
http://stampspaperscissors.typepad.com/stamps_paper_scissors/2009/08/the-marvelous-magical-marqee-card-video-tutorial.html

This is opened half way, circle is only partway open.
